01 Ironvale

Ironvale FC

IRV Est. 1889 | The Foundry Built on noise

The furnace city. Ironvale are built on noise, sweat and a back four that treats the penalty box as private property. Nobody enjoys visiting The Foundry.

02 Nova City

Nova City

NOV Est. 1994 | Meridian Arena Faster. Further. Brighter.

New money, new stadium, new everything. Nova City buy the fastest players in the league and expect them to sprint for ninety minutes. Glamorous, brittle, box office.

03 Northstar

Northstar United

NST Est. 1878 | Star Lane A greater past

Fallen aristocrats. Northstar have more trophies in the cabinet than any club in Kingsmere and have added nothing to it in fourteen years. The fans have not forgotten either fact.

04 Halcyon

Port Halcyon

HAL Est. 1901 | The Quay Beauty in chaos

Seaside romantics. Port Halcyon play the most beautiful and least sensible football in the country, usually in the same match. Cult club. Chaos club.

05 Crownreach

Crownreach Athletic

CRN Est. 1884 | Crown Ground Win anyway

The establishment. Crownreach are the richest, best-run and least loved club in Kingsmere. They win most years and are furious in the years they do not.

06 Ashcombe

Ashcombe Rovers

ASH Est. 1907 | Combe Lane Reborn again

A town of thirty thousand with a football club that refuses to know its place. Ashcombe have been relegated, promoted, bankrupted and reborn. Currently reborn.

07 Saltford

Saltford Wanderers

SAL Est. 1896 | Saltford Bowl We do not concede

The Wanderers do not concede. That is roughly the whole plan. Saltford have finished mid-table for a decade by boring better teams into mistakes.

08 Thornbury

Thornbury Town

THN Est. 1892 | Thornfield Small town. Big spirit.

The academy. Thornbury would rather lose with a nineteen-year-old than win with a thirty-year-old, and frequently do both. Half the league has a Thornbury graduate.

09 Greywater

Greywater Athletic

GRW Est. 1910 | The Sluice Hard to beat

Rain, canals and grievance. Greywater have never won anything and would like you to know it is not their fault. Hard to beat, harder to like, impossible to ignore at The Sluice.

10 Stonegate

Stonegate FC

STG Est. 1991 | The Quarry On purpose

The south coast showboats. Stonegate attack in numbers, defend in theory, and sell out every week because nobody knows what will happen. Kingsmere's entertainers, on purpose.
